- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large egg yolk
- 3 3/4 cups bread flour, divided
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
