Peach and Blueberry Crumble









Ingredients
  • 2 lbs firm, ripe peaches (about 6 - 8 peaches)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
