Ingredients
- For the beef:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain (the chef used outside skirt)
