Authentic Mexican Rice

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 tsp Caldo de Tomate (I use Knorr brand)
