Double Chocolate Cupcakes and Crispy Magic Frosting


Ingredients
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Dutch process cocoa powder (I used Hershey Special Dark)
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
